1. Digital Products & Services
All our offerings such as online courses, PDFs, notes, and test series are digital products.
Once a course or digital product is purchased, it is instantly accessible in your account.
Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund policy after successful purchase, except in special cases mentioned below.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be considered only in the following cases:
If the payment was deducted but the course was not activated in your account.
If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
If the digital product delivered is completely different from what was advertised at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Inability to access the course due to issues with your device, internet, or personal limitations.
Partial usage of the course and later request for cancellation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Since our courses are delivered instantly online, cancellations are not possible after purchase.
For subscription-based services, you may cancel future renewals anytime, but the current billing cycle will not be refunded.
